Ivan Garduño, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ivan began their career in 2005 as a Key Account Manager at BCA España before moving on to become a Regional Key Account Manager at Ford Motor Company in 2007. In 2012, they became a Professor of International Management at the International Business School Nürnberg. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an Advisor at Bayerisches Hochschulzentrum für Lateinamerika (BAYLAT). Ivan then served as the Country Manager for Spain at Analytic Company GmbH from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Statista as a Senior Business Consultant for the Iberia region and later took on the role of Head of Iberian Markets from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Director at Statista. Throughout their career, Ivan Garduño has gained expertise in sales, consulting, management, and academia.
Ivan Garduño, Ph.D. is an individual with a diverse educational background. Ivan obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from Universidad de Alcalá from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they completed a degree in Marketing from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2004, and a degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Colima from 2000 to 2005. Ivan began their education at Centro Universitario México (CUM) for their Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences from 1997 to 2000.
In addition to their degrees, Ivan Garduño has also obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In 2012, they became an International Trade Advisor after completing a program at Academia Universal in Guadalajara, Spanien. Ivan also holds an EFSET Quick English Check Score of Advanced/Proficient (CEFR C1/C2) from EF Education First.
