Martin's career began at Somerpointe Resorts, advancing from Technician to Engineering Supervisor over 16 years, overseeing various projects including plumbing and pool maintenance. Additional experience includes positions as a General Engineer at Platinum Hotel Las Vegas and as part of the engineering labor and safety committee at Wynn Las Vegas.
