Kristee Neumann, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently with States Industries since April 2000, Kristee oversees the development and administration of policies related to employee relations, recruitment, benefits, wage and salary administration, safety, training, and compliance with employment law. Prior to this role, Kristee served as Human Resources Manager at Western Electronics from 1993 to April 2000, focusing on recruitment and retention, diversity management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Kristee holds a degree from Lane Community College and is affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management.
