Derya Balci Arac has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the Head of Servicedesk at Statens It since January 2010, overseeing multiple teams and a workforce of approximately 90 employees. Prior roles include Incident Manager, Team Leader, and Souschef, each contributing to significant improvements in servicedesk operations, personnel management, and customer relations. Derya has also been involved in the implementation of ITIL processes and the onboarding of new clients and staff. Previous experience includes IT support roles at the Beskæftigelsesministeriet and Movia Traffic Company. Derya's educational background includes leadership training and ITIL certifications from the Center for Leadership and Copenhagen Business School.
