Florian Eliadi is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Administration Officer IT at State Street Bank International since November 2018. Previously, Florian took a sabbatical from 2017 to October 2018 and held significant roles at UBS as Global Head of Strategic Regulatory Initiatives, where Florian was responsible for establishing and managing the Strategic Regulatory Department, and at Deutsche Bank as Director of Strategic Change Market Risk, overseeing global risk project management. Additional experience includes positions at Dresdner Kleinwort, where Florian directed processes and architecture for middle and back office functions, and Accenture, providing strategic consulting in the financial services sector. Florian began the professional career at Pioneer Investments as a Market Research and Product Specialist, reporting directly to the CEO of Germany. Florian holds a Master in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
