Anand Prakash Dujari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and strategic program management, currently serving as Vice President for Transformation and Strategic Program Management at State Street since July 2020. Prior to this, Anand worked at Genpact from October 2011 to June 2020, where roles included Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager, leading significant projects in financial services that resulted in substantial productivity gains and enhanced customer experiences. Anand has demonstrated a strong capability in process improvement through Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to multimillion-dollar impacts across various initiatives. Anand's earlier career includes positions at Fair Deal Corporation and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, focusing on business excellence and operations. Anand holds an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
