Aileen Butler, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative leadership and client experience management. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at State Street since June 2015, Aileen oversees shared services and enhances client interactions. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Project Analyst in Corporate Audit at State Street, and Communication & Administration Analyst at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Aileen began a career in medical informatics at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, focusing on system implementation and training development. Aileen holds an MBA from UMass Boston and a BA in Psychology and Communication from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Queensland.
