Adam Walker currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for State Street Global Advisors and Head of HR for the Netherlands, with a primary focus on HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition since May 2016. Previously, Adam held the position of Head of Executive Recruitment for EMEA and Country Head of HR for the Netherlands at State Street, overseeing executive search and succession planning across various divisions. Adam's experience also includes leadership roles in talent acquisition at Goldman Sachs, Ashmore, Alexander Mann Solutions, and Orgtel, specializing in the financial services sector. Adam holds an MA in Management from Durham University and a BA in Economics and Human Resources from Keele University.
