Nitsa Ioannides currently serves as the Manager of Engagement at State Policy Network, where responsibilities include stewarding partnerships and managing the Thomas Roe Legacy Society. Previously, Nitsa was the Founder and CEO of Philanthropic Connections, focusing on training nonprofits and candidates in relationship-building and fundraising. Additional experience includes positions such as Donor Relations Manager and Coordinator at Students For Liberty, Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Citizens for Self-Governance, Finance Director for Jeanie Forrester's gubernatorial campaign, and roles in various campaign finance positions. Nitsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government, with a minor in Pre-Law from Plymouth State University.
