Kathleen Clements is an experienced financial manager with a strong background in budgeting, compliance, and process improvement. Currently serving as Financial Manager I at the State of Utah since November 2012, Kathleen oversees a team of four financial analysts and ensures payment accuracy across several state agencies. Previous roles include Financial Analyst II/Team Leader, where Kathleen led a team and streamlined payment processes, and various positions in the financial and compliance sectors for organizations such as the Utah Department of Corrections and Flying J, where significant cost savings and operational efficiencies were achieved. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Governors State University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Joliet Junior College.
