Dave Heafey is an IT professional with extensive experience in managing and directing IT operations and engineering applications. Currently serving as ITSM Manager and previously holding the role of Director of Infrastructure & Operations and Assistant Director of Operations at the State of New Hampshire, Dave has also held key positions at Mercury Systems as Director of Engineering Applications and Engineering Applications Manager, as well as at ARRIS as Sr. IT Manager/Architect and at Motorola Mobility as Sr. IT Manager. Dave began a career at Winphoria Networks as IT Manager. Dave Heafey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a BS in Information Systems with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
