Stuart Williams is an experienced Information Technology professional with over two decades of service at the State of Indiana, currently holding the position of Director of Information Technology since February 2002. Williams leads a diverse IT department, overseeing Applications, Help Desk, and Operations teams ranging from 9 to 13 individuals. Previously served as Interim Information Technology Director, with future responsibilities contingent upon the completion of the HCM Payroll project. Prior roles include Applications Manager, where management of a team responsible for critical payroll and finance systems was key, and Sr. Systems Analyst in Finance & Payroll. Williams' career began at Finish Line, where a managerial role was held from 1999 to 2007. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Computer Programming and Applications from International Business College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
