Ingrid Chaves has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a member of the executive board at ABRH-RJ since January 2019 and as the HR Coordinator at State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. since January 2016. Ingrid has a strong background in organizational development, talent management, and employee benefits, along with the implementation of various strategic HR initiatives, such as performance management systems and comprehensive compensation structures. Previous roles include HR Specialist at Oi, where responsibilities included managing incentive programs and personnel movements, and HR Analyst at Technip, focusing on global remuneration strategies and workforce planning. Ingrid holds two MBAs, one in Human Resources from Universidade Federal Fluminense and another in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis.
