Nicat Bagirzade is a skilled IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Consultant at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nicat worked as a Senior Network Security Administrator at PASHA Life from May 2023 to February 2024.
