Cody Hill currently serves as the Director of Regional Sales at State Affairs since September 2024. Prior roles include Head of Partnerships at Upstate from October 2020 to August 2024, where the focus was on enhancing transparency and technology solutions in state legislation for non-profits and legal professionals. Previous experience also includes positions such as Sr. Portfolio Operations Manager at Cordance and Product Operations Lead at Meta. Cody's early career featured roles like MBA Intern in Retail Leadership Development at Amazon and MBA Project Leader for NASCAR, leading a highly-rated consulting project. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development at Collage Group and Market Manager for Latin America & Caribbean at LivingSocial. Cody holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.A. in Public Policy from William & Mary, along with a Spanish International Business Certificate from The University of Pablo de Olavide.
