Lead IT Project Engineer at Stasmayer

Oswald Anderson Jr. began their career in 2010 working as an IT Technician and PCI Specialist for Timely Tech Inc. In this role, they provided daily local and remote IT support for hardware and software for 60+ SMB to Mid-Size businesses, revamped network infrastructures including 118+ servers, and maintained systems to ensure optimal network performance. Oswald was then promoted to Director of PCI Compliance where they designed, managed, and provided security guidance recommendations to ensure a PCI-DSS compliant environment, oversaw all PCI Specialist tasks and training initiatives, and planned and executed IT security/compliance audits (PCI) including review and validation of existing controls, documentation, and potential gaps. In 2012, they moved to Stasmayer, Incorporated, where they held the role of Lead IT Project Engineer. In this role, they led all major migration projects for large number of users across multiple industries meeting established budgets and schedules, provided IT Project strategic direction to 5 Organizational cross-functional Teams to promote growth and achievement of business goals, and redesigned IT Network infrastructure to efficiently support multiple locations and servers all supporting different hardware and software. Oswald was then promoted to IT Project Manager/Senior IT Project Engineer where they oversaw projects ensuring deliverables met scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements, lead end-to-end project activities for 75+ concurrent projects from initiation, planning, scope, execution, resource allocation, and change control, and liaised between internal business teams and client to scope and validate network and software solutions to ensure best fit for the customer’s needs. Oswald also held the role of IT Consultant/IT Project Engineer where they provided on-site and remote level 3 support to end-users across multiple industries, developed and recommended IT solutions for business workflow improvement, and set up and managed configurations of desktops and laptops for new employees to include software installations and server permissions.

Oswald Anderson Jr. received their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science in Computer and Electronics from Mountain Gateway Community College in 2004. Oswald also holds certifications from CompTIA, including Project+ (obtained in June 2017), CompTIA Security+ ce (obtained in October 2020), and CompTIA Security+ ce (obtained in July 2013).
