Katie Richmond currently serves as an Associate Brand Manager at Stash Tea Company since December 2023. Previously, Richmond held the role of Strategy & Business Development MBA Intern at Ford Motor Company, where participation in connected vehicle data initiatives occurred alongside strategic partners. Richmond's experience also includes serving as Interim Marketing Director for the Colorado State Fair, managing marketing efforts and agency collaboration. A long tenure at Rodeo Austin featured various leadership roles, culminating as Senior Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing agricultural competitions and outreach programs. Richmond's early career included internships in event management and marketing at various organizations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Denver with a focus on Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University.
