Katie Plunkett is an experienced sales and customer development professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Development for Alternative Channels and Analytics at Stash Tea Company since January 2024. Prior to this role, Katie held various leadership positions at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, including Director of Foodservice and Team Leader for Foodservice, from August 2021 to January 2024. With a background at Unilever as a Regional Sales Manager from July 2014 to August 2021, Katie excelled in sales management, business planning, and talent development. Earlier experience includes managing key accounts at PepsiCo, where Katie achieved significant growth across numerous national accounts and small format markets. Katie holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communications from Newberry College.
