Moeed Tariq is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Data Engineering at STARZPLAY since April 2021, Moeed leads a team to deliver high-quality data solutions while implementing best practices and standards for data pipelines. Previously, Moeed held various roles at STARZPLAY, including Manager of Data Analytics and Lead Data Engineer, focusing on data governance and architecture. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Integration Specialist at IBM, where Moeed developed ETL routines for data warehousing, and as an Executive in Business Intelligence & Analytics at Zong CMPak Ltd, leading database development for corporate sales solutions. Moeed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Computer Software Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad.
