Ray Urban has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Banquet Chef at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. since June 2008. Prior to this role, Ray Urban was the owner and owner operator of altavilla banquets from November 1985 until January 2008. Ray Urban's foundational education was completed at Addison Trail from 1978 to 1982.
