Rush has over 17 years of real estate investment and development experience across multiple asset classes including residential land, multi-family land, office and retail. Before joining Starwood Land, Rush held leadership positions in both Operations and Finance, including as a member of the Executive Management team responsible for building a lucrative real estate development company with performance backed by leading private equity firms. He also served in integral acquisition and finance positions with Lennar Homes, one of the nationā€™s largest public homebuilders. Rush is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
