Alix Dvorak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Launch Manager for Green House Game, where they were responsible for overseeing the launch of new products. They also held the position of Creator and Chief Climate Advocate for the same company, focusing on engaging employees and students in climate change through interactive games and online play sessions.

Earlier in their career, Alix Dvorak worked as an Organization Development Consultant at Cargill, Inc. Their responsibilities included consulting and program management in innovation, resulting in improved customer relationships and double-digit growth in innovation earnings. They also worked on embedding innovation and creating an innovation culture within the organization through leadership workshops, strategy development, and community engagement. Additionally, they conducted a culture scan for a merger.

Prior to Cargill, Inc., Alix Dvorak had internships in sustainable development with Alternativa and as a Management Analyst with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Alix Dvorak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Spanish from St. Catherine University. Alix has also pursued MA coursework in International Peace and Conflict Resolution at American University. In addition, Alix has participated in a Spanish Language and Culture Semester Study Abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca. Alix has obtained certifications in various areas such as Co-Active Coaching from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Design Kit: The Course For Human Centered Design from IDEO.org, MBTI (Myers Briggs) Step I and Step II from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, Managing Projects from the Project Management Institute, and Strategy Culture Alignment from Work Effects.
