Alix Dvorak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Launch Manager for Green House Game, where they were responsible for overseeing the launch of new products. They also held the position of Creator and Chief Climate Advocate for the same company, focusing on engaging employees and students in climate change through interactive games and online play sessions.

In 2020, Alix Dvorak joined Startwise as a Partner Success Manager, working towards making work more meaningful and accessible. They were involved in managing people, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance.

Prior to these roles, Alix Dvorak founded their own consulting company, Alix Dvorak Consulting, in 2017. As the Principal Consultant, they provided services in program management, change management, communications, project management, and strategic planning. They also worked on a long-term engagement with a social enterprise startup, focusing on creating new forms of currency for funding social and environmental efforts. In addition, they conducted evaluations and pilot programs to improve volunteer mentoring programs.

Alix Dvorak was also a Creative Partner at Limitless Harmony in 2019, where they assisted product teams in achieving product-market fit through various methods such as customer journey maps and founder performance coaching. They have experience in launching successful startups and supporting teams through significant funding.

Earlier in their career, Alix Dvorak worked as an Organization Development Consultant at Cargill, Inc. Their responsibilities included consulting and program management in innovation, resulting in improved customer relationships and double-digit growth in innovation earnings. They also worked on embedding innovation and creating an innovation culture within the organization through leadership workshops, strategy development, and community engagement. Additionally, they conducted a culture scan for a merger.

Prior to Cargill, Inc., Alix Dvorak had internships in sustainable development with Alternativa and as a Management Analyst with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Alix Dvorak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Spanish from St. Catherine University. Alix has also pursued MA coursework in International Peace and Conflict Resolution at American University. In addition, Alix has participated in a Spanish Language and Culture Semester Study Abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca. Alix has obtained certifications in various areas such as Co-Active Coaching from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Design Kit: The Course For Human Centered Design from IDEO.org, MBTI (Myers Briggs) Step I and Step II from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, Managing Projects from the Project Management Institute, and Strategy Culture Alignment from Work Effects.
