Adam Lupu has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Adam is currently the Founder & Co-CEO of Startwise, where they focus on fostering talent and growth across borders by championing a network-driven approach to performance management. At Limitless Harmony, they served as an Investment Partner & Product Advisor, helping creatives and product teams find Product-Market-Fit (PMF) through leveraging networks and resources. As an Advisor at Metafy, Adam Lupu assisted in the development of a platform that allows professional players to monetize their talent through coaching and courses. Prior to this, they were the VP of Learning at Andela, where they played a pivotal role in finding top talent in regions of Africa and transforming collaborative, distributed software teams. As the Head of Learning Research & Development at Udemy, Adam Lupu infused learning sciences research and practices into product development processes. At Udacity, they served as a Curriculum Director and contributed to the design and launch of Nanodegrees, while integrating research in the learning sciences into curriculum design strategies. Adam Lupu also founded Learnovate Labs, combining learning sciences with digital technology to create online courses and apps, and served as the Director of Learning and Development at Global Playground, leading a team in developing an online learning environment. Additionally, they worked as a Learning Architect at The Mobile Makers Academy, creating immersive learning environments for mobile app development, and as a Contributing Writer at Technori.

Adam Lupu earned a BA in Physics and Literature from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Adam then pursued an MA in Learning Sciences at Northwestern University from 2011 to 2012. In 2008 and 2009, Adam engaged in The Coaching Program with Bryan Franklin to focus on Leadership Coaching and Transformational Consulting. Prior to their college education, they attended The Buckley School from 1993 to 1998.
