Susanne Kleveros is the Principal and Founder of Don’t Tell HR LLC, a consulting firm specializing in HR services for early and mid-stage startups, particularly in the MedTech, Auto Tech, Software, and International Manufacturing sectors. Susanne currently serves as an HR Advisor at Alio and as an HR Leader for StartupExperts, an exclusive community of HR and operational leaders. Previous roles include Director of HR at Mojave Energy Systems, Human Resources Lead at Kohler Co., and Head of People Experience at Volvo Car Technology USA. Susanne has also held positions such as Human Resources Operations Manager at Golden Leaf Muay Thai and developed private brand electronics at Walmart eCommerce. Earlier experience includes HR Manager at Hunkemöller International and HR Payroll at Transdev Sverige. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration as a Payroll Economist and has participated in continuing education at Stanford.
