Faith Huber, MSHR, currently serves as a Member of StartupExperts and TroopHR, both invite-only communities for HR leaders. As the Head of People & Talent at InMocean, Faith orchestrates HR initiatives across the employee life cycle and drives transformative change through various employee enhancement programs. Faith is also the Founder and Startup Advisor at FH Consulting, providing tailored HR strategies to innovative startups. Previously, Faith held the position of Human Resources Director at ConnectedHR, where significant achievements included managing global HR operations and implementing a 360-degree review program. Faith's earlier roles include Human Resources Coordinator at iDesign, Human Resource Generalist at ASM International, and clinical positions at Ravenwood Health and Crossroads Health Ohio. Faith holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lake Erie College.
