Tatiana Melnichuk is an experienced entrepreneur and HR professional, currently a student at the Startup Leadership Program since October 2024. As the founder of LUCKY HUNTER from December 2017 to October 2024, Tatiana established an international IT recruitment agency operating in the UK, USA, and Europe. Additionally, Tatiana founded CVHub, a tech recruiting service with a growing database of over 100,000 specialists' CVs, and Zero2Hero, a project connecting startups with junior developers. Tatiana's professional background also includes roles as an HR Business Partner at ROXOT, HR Manager at Kraftvaerk, and Senior HR Manager at E4e5 group, along with leading the recruitment department at "Soyuz-Personal" LLC from July 2009 to December 2013. Tatiana holds a degree from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI."
