Roger Jansen, PhD, serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Altus Inc. and as a Board Advisor for StartUp Health, while also holding the position of Chief Strategic Growth and Digital Health Officer at Michigan State University. With extensive experience in strategic development, leadership, and innovation, Roger has founded multiple ventures, including HealthEco and ThinkWise, where the emphasis was on human capital consulting and organizational development. Formerly, Roger was the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Spectrum Health, instrumental in driving strategic initiatives for a large healthcare organization.
