Karolina Diłaj has a comprehensive work experience in the field of design. They started their career as a Graphic Designer at Liki Mobile Solutions in September 2016 and worked there until November 2017. In December 2017, they joined IMAGINE POLAND as a Junior UX Designer and were employed there until June 2019. They then moved on to BinarApps, where they worked as a UX/UI Designer from July 2019 to February 2023, progressing to the position of Senior UX/UI Designer during their tenure. From November 2022 onwards, they also took on the role of a UX/UI Trainer at infoShare Academy. Their most recent position is as a Product Designer at Startup House, which they started in February 2023. Overall, Karolina Diłaj has gained diverse experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, and training in their professional journey.

Karolina Diłaj completed their education at Lodz University of Technology from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they earned a degree in Informatyka and obtained the title of Inżynier (Inż.).
