Rodrigo Borquez is an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in managing and supporting information and communication technology services across various organizations. Currently serving as ICT Team Leader at the NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS) since May 2015, Rodrigo oversees the ICT team to ensure effective client support and resource management.
