Willie Valdez is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in solutions architecture and technical management. Currently serving as the Technical Team Lead for Professional Services at Starburst since December 2020, Valdez has previously held key roles at Qubole, NICE Ltd, Merced Systems, and Harte-Hanks, accumulating extensive expertise in customer success and integration engineering. Valdez began a career in technology after earning a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León between 1990 and 1995.
