Charles Cushing is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations and investment, currently serving as the Founder of StartOps, a community for operations leaders in top ecommerce startups. Cushing is also a Partner at Pascal Capital and has held leadership roles at On Deck, including Director of On Deck Founders. Previous experience includes co-founding Galleon and holding executive positions at Twice and eBay. Cushing's early career involved positions at Morgan Stanley and a distinguished Fulbright Scholarship with the U.S. Department of State, where a quantitative study on urban design was conducted. Educational achievements include a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and studies at Capital University of Economics and Business, as well as Phillips Exeter Academy.
