Starting Off, established in 1989, is a recruitment and training company specialising in Trainees, Apprentices and Graduates.

Starting Off has offices in Northampton and Kettering and offers a service across Northamptonshire and in the areas just over the County borders.
The company has a contract with the Skills Funding Agency for Apprenticeships of all ages. On average, Starting Off are responsible for delivering training to 250 office based Apprentices across Northants at any one time.

In December 2014 Starting Off won the Longstanding Business of the Year at the Northants Business Awards.

The Training and Development team at Starting Off is responsible for delivering tailored educational programs and support to apprentices, trainees, and graduates, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and qualifications for their careers. This team manages and conducts training sessions, maintains relationships with learners, and ensures compliance with the standards set by the Skills Funding Agency.
