Franco Raffa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at STARTEAM GLOBAL since May 2021, Franco Raffa has also held the position of CEO at CIA since September 1999, overseeing operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Franco Raffa is CEO of CIA Group Holdings Ltd since January 2018 and manages several subsidiaries, including CIA Custom Products Ltd and CIA Printed Circuit Boards Ltd, which specialize in professional printed circuit boards and related products. Previous roles include Business Development Director at Sanmina and UK General Manager at FCE Spa. Franco Raffa started the career as Sales Manager at KAM Circuits and Technical Sales Manager at Farnell Electronic Components. Educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering obtained during an apprenticeship at Thorn EMI and studies at Cardinal Vaughan Kensington in the UK.
