Santiago Ruiz Nicolini is an experienced entrepreneur and sales manager currently involved in multiple roles within the fresh fruit technology and food safety sectors. As an entrepreneur accelerated in the G22 and Growth 3 cohorts at Start-Up Chile since July 2019, Santiago is dedicated to enhancing fresh fruit technology adoption and improving consumer awareness of food products. Simultaneously, Santiago serves as Country Sales Manager at Im Packing, facilitating software integration for packing houses, and as Gerente Comercial at Infomanager, a commercial and accounting management software company. Additional roles include Board Member at Endeavor NOA, council member at Fundación León, and member of the Clúster Tecnológico Tucumán. Santiago’s professional background also includes prior positions at SYNAgro SRL, Tateti SH, and Royal Trading, demonstrating a solid foundation in commercial leadership.
