Johanna Molina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership roles focused on empowering individuals and fostering innovation. As the Co-founder and Head of Impact at The Intern Group since January 2011, Johanna has dedicated efforts to inspire people to discover their passions and maximize their potential. In addition to co-founding MujeresTIC Medellín and serving as the Americas Executive Director, Johanna holds advisory positions at Fundación Juanfe and Start-Up Chile, and has contributed as a board member and volunteer in various capacities. Johanna's background includes a Master's in Marketing & Sales from Centro de Estudios Financieros CEF and a Finance degree from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA, complemented by previous experience as a Financial Advisor at Bancolombia.
