Pavel Litvinenko is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and research management. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at Start since May 2017, Pavel specializes in developing innovative prototypes and addressing complex challenges. Previously, as a Software Architect, Pavel played a pivotal role in designing the architecture for a leading Russian streaming service and developing a high-capacity Flask-based REST service for user management. In addition, as CTO of Casual Underground, expertise in music production and app development was demonstrated through the creation of Loopseque 8. Pavel's background also includes leading development at Molodejj.TV and a successful track record as a self-employed developer, contributing to various mobile applications and interactive projects.
