Roland Schönholzer is an experienced business leader and advisor with a diverse background in corporate governance and strategic development. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at xorlab and as an Angel Investor at Five2Grow, Schönholzer previously held advisory roles and board positions at Exeon Analytics and Namics – A Merkle Company, where responsibilities included governance integration, strategic synergies, and leading international M&A processes. Schönholzer also has a substantial history in consulting and business development, having worked with Raiffeisen Schweiz, Namics, and IBM in various senior roles.
