Kathryn Robertson possesses extensive experience in operations and project management, primarily in technology and Salesforce environments. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Operations at Start Early since August 2017, Kathryn develops technology selection guidelines, manages technology implementation projects, and enhances agile training across the organization. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Senior Salesforce Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale Salesforce migrations and leading user training initiatives. With a background at Citizen Schools as Systems Solution Manager and Business Intelligence Coordinator, Kathryn has implemented business process integrations and enhanced revenue data transparency. An AmeriCorps Member with experience in education and coordination, Kathryn holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
