Nicole Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at StarRez, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, Nicole owned their own business called Nic's Simply Baked Goods starting from January 2012.

Nicole has also worked as an Implementation Specialist at Adirondack Solutions, Inc. from June 2014 to September 2022. In this role, they managed new and upgrade client project implementations, performed workflow and project analysis, coordinated project implementation activities, and provided lead training in client training sessions.

Before that, Nicole served as the Director of University Housing at Northwest University from July 2006 to July 2014. In this role, they oversaw residential housing facilities, managed housing assignments, supervised staff, and maintained databases for housing operations. Prior to becoming the Director, Nicole worked as a Housing Assistant Manager at Northwest University from September 2001 to October 2006.

Nicole's earlier work experience includes working as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the Safety Director at M. A. Mortenson Company from August 2000 to September 2001. Nicole also worked as an Elementary Teacher and Activities Advisor at Samuel Hancock Christian School from July 1996 to July 2000, where they taught elementary classes, coordinated extracurricular activities, and later served as an Assistant School Administrator, conducting parent interviews and maintaining student records.

Nicole Kelly attended San Joaquin Delta College from 1994 to 1995. Nicole then pursued higher education at Northwest University, from 2005 to 2008. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for either educational experience.
