Lisa Cadot has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lisa is currently employed as a Project Manager at StarRez, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Assistant at PiLON Ltd from September 2022 to April 2023. Lisa also has experience as a Director/Event Manager at Ulala Events from October 2018 to January 2022. Lisa worked as a Regional Resident Life Coordinator at Campus Living Villages UK from March 2017 to February 2020. Lisa has also held positions as an Events & Social Media Coordinator at Cheers Events London in April 2016, as well as at Prêt à Parler - Les Parisiennes Milano from March 2015 to September 2015. Additionally, they were a Public Relations Officer at ESTRI Ecole Supérieure de Traduction et Relations Internationales from September 2015 to February 2016, and again from September 2013 to May 2014. Lisa's earlier experience includes roles as an Event Coordination Assistant at FEL - Fédération des Etudiants Lyonnais in July 2014, and as an Event Coordinator at I-WAY s(t)imulateur de sensations in June 2014.

Lisa Cadot completed their education with a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Management, Communication and Event Planning from ESTRI Ecole Supérieure de Traduction et Relations Internationales. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Translation (French, English, Italian) from the same institution. Additionally, Lisa also completed a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages Applied (French, English, Italian) from Université Lumière Lyon 2. Lisa began their education with a Baccalauréat Littéraire, specializing in English and opting for Music, from Lycée Rosa Parks in Neuville sur Saone, France.
