Chandra Nellutla has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. From 2016 onwards, Chandra worked as a Lead QA Analyst at Starr Companies, a global insurance and investment organization. Prior to that, Chandra served as a System Integration Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where the focus was on improving eligibility determination and service delivery for health and human services programs. Chandra also worked at the Governor's office of Planning & Budget as a Sr. Consultant, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and provide subject matter expertise. Starting in 2003, Chandra worked as a Consultant at Radiant Software Solutions Inc., where responsibilities included database interaction, development of use case and test case scenarios, and serving as a liaison between business users and IT.

Chandra Nellutla obtained a Master's degree in Sciences with a specialization in Physics from Osmania University between 1995 and 1997.
