Viktor Dedvukaj is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious culinary roles. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since December 2021, Viktor has also worked as a Banquet Chef for Brulee Chefs since July 2016, specializing in corporate catering and banquets. Notable past positions include Sous Chef for Faena Group during its grand opening phase, where recruitment, training, and menu development were key responsibilities; Sous Chef at Russian Tea Room, where high culinary standards and training were promoted; and Chef at Le Cirque within Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, focusing on innovative menu creation and staff training.
