Nayaab Khan has been working in the tech industry since 2009. Nayaab began their career as a Web Developer at techMavins in 2009. In 2012, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer, where they were the Release Wise Developer for Triple-A Portfolio Management Tool by Temenos for ABN AMRO Bank. Nayaab worked on IBM DataStage Maps(WTX), Unix Shell Scripting, Sybase and DB2. In 2014, they joined StarOfService as a Product Design Engineer, and later became a Lead Developer and Frontend Director and UX Designer. In their role as Frontend Director and UX Designer, they worked to make the experience better for users by using Analytics data and User researches to understand the levels of happiness of users, and finding ways to improve them by considering all aspects of the product like the content architecture, user interactions and visual design. Nayaab also prototyped the new changes and tested them (A/B tests) to verify and if they were beneficial, implemented them. Nayaab also served as a Frontend Developer at StarOfService.

Nayaab Khan began their educational journey at Zenith High School, where they completed their high school degree from 1993 to 2005. Nayaab then pursued a diploma in Computer Engineering from the Technical Education Board, Gujarat from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012.
