Arvind Aware has over 15 years of experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the HR & Administration Manager at StarLink since January 2015. In this role, Arvind is responsible for manpower requisition, job specification creation, and candidate qualification through initial interviews for various positions across StarLink offices. Prior to this, Arvind worked as an HR Executive at Visionaire FZE from April 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included policy implementation, addressing HR-related queries, and collaborating with department heads to determine manpower needs. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
