Victoria Newton is the Chief Product Officer at Engine by Starling, overseeing the software-as-a-service division that provides Starling Bank's advanced banking platform to financial institutions globally since August 2019. Additionally, Victoria holds a position as a Non Executive Director at Engine. Prior to this, roles at PwC UK included Head of Marketplace, Head of Propositions and Commercial Strategy for SMEs, and Management Consultant, where recognition was received through multiple firmwide consulting awards in 2019. Victoria also served as an Advisor in Residence at Startupbootcamp InsurTech for a period in 2018 and previously held operational and educational leadership roles at Owl Tutors and Teach First. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Nottingham.
