April Dawson is a software engineer with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently employed at Starling Bank since February 2025, April previously worked at Made Tech, contributing to the development of a digital service for Subject Access Requests for the Ministry of Justice. Prior roles include positions within the Civil Service Fast Stream, where April acted as a business analyst and held various roles in communications and project management in different government departments, focusing on digital transformation, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. April holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UCL and a Level 6 Graduate Diploma in Leading Strategic Communications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
