Abdel-Karim Salhi is an experienced technical professional with a background in providing advanced technical support and consultations across various companies in the telecommunications and network management sectors. Currently serving as a 3rd Line Technical Escalation Engineer at StarLeaf since November 2019, Abdel-Karim has previously held the role of Technical Consultant at Manx Telecom and Technology Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included supporting HPE IMC Network Management and BYOD solutions as well as troubleshooting complex technical issues. A long tenure at 3Com involved leading IP Telephony Solution design and implementation, managing customer escalations, and overseeing IT infrastructure.
