Katie Fields is an accomplished professional with significant experience in disability advocacy and career development. Currently serving as the College Outreach Coordinator at Starkloff Disability Institute, Katie develops and implements the Access U program to empower college students with disabilities. Previous roles include Volunteer Coordinator for FestAbility, where Katie managed over 40 volunteers for events celebrating disabilities, and various positions at Webster University, including Development Operations Assistant and Student Career Advisor, where Katie supported donor relations and student career advancement. Katie's early career included a marketing internship at Starkloff Disability Institute and an assistant managerial role at Cherry Hill Programs. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Webster University.
