Chris Egan is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in site selection and acquisition across various markets in Florida. Currently serving as the Director of Site Selection at Stark Enterprises since August 2020, Chris previously worked as a Developer Associate at The NRP Group LLC, where responsibilities included leading acquisition efforts for multi-family construction and managing stakeholder relationships. Prior roles include Acquisitions Associate at 908 Group, COO/Co-Founder of Disaster Recovery Professionals, and Associate at Marcus & Millichap, demonstrating a strong background in market research, underwriting, and client relationship development. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa and is a licensed Real Estate Associate in Florida.
