Simon Heppt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Simon currently holds the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at STARK Deutschland since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Strategic PMO/Sustainability at the same company starting from January 2022. Simon previously held the role of Strategic PMO/Sustainability from January 2020 to December 2021.
Before joining STARK Deutschland, Simon Heppt worked at BMI Deutschland as a Technical Product Manager from July 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH, where they held various roles including Customer Experience Insights Manager from January 2018 to June 2018, Project Manager Market Research from September 2015 to December 2017, and Market Research/Corporate Development Employee from January 2014 to August 2015.
Simon Heppt's earlier work experience includes a brief stint at ADAC as a Business Analyst from October 2013 to December 2013.
Simon Heppt obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft & Recht from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Simon later pursued a Master of Science in Technologie- & Innovationsmanagement at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Simon has also earned various certifications, including Sustainable Digital Innovation from EIT Digital, Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) Specialization from the University at Buffalo, and IBM & Darden Digital Strategy Specialization from IBM. These certifications were obtained in 2023.
